On Friday the Moore County Water Rescue Task Force assisted the Moore County Sheriff's Office with an article search in a local pond. This search included multiple divers and tenders as well as several support staff including Moore County Public Safety. Decontamination was handled by Carthage Fire/Rescue while divers, safety officer and incident command were handle by Cypress Pointe Fire/Rescue Staff. This search is part of an on-going investigation being conducted by the Sheriff's Office.
