Cypress Pointe Fire/Rescue and Moore County EMS were dispatched to a motorcycle wreck on U.S. Highway 1 near Tractor Supply. Upon the arrival of responders CPR was initiated on the motorcycle operator, Carolina Air Care was also requested due to the trauma the motorcyclist had suffered. Southern Pines Fire/Rescue established a landing zone for Air Care near the crash scene. The North Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident and the Moore County Sheriff's Office assisted with Traffic Control.
