In March of 2023 CPFR took delivery of a new multi-purpose Brush Truck. That new truck was placed in service at Station 2 (Cameron Station) in May of 2023.
In August of 2023 we ordered an additional brush truck from Southeastern Specialty Vehicles. After Southeastern received the Ford Chassis the truck went to production in December 2023. As of February, painting has been completed, the flatbed and compartments have been mounted, the pump and water tank have been mounted.
Over the next several weeks they will mount the brush guard, install the emergency warning lights and siren, install the booster line for firefighting and apply the graphics package.
We hope to have the truck in March 2024.
