Cypress Pointe Fire/Rescue was dispatched to a car fire on Monday on Stanton Hill Road near Underwood Road. Upon the arrival Engine 213 they reported a "working vehicle fire" with flames showing from the engine compartment and moving into the passenger compartment. E-213's crew pulled and attack line and started extinguishing the fire, once they knocked the fire down they used a Hurst Tool to force open the hood of the car to finish extinguishment. There were no injuries.
